About Easy Peasy
Life isn't always Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy... but finding the right support can be.

At Easy Peasy Therapy, we know that navigating disability, neurodivergence, sensory differences, emotional regulation or the NDIS can feel overwhelming. That's why we're here, to make accessing Occupational Therapy feel a little simpler, more supportive and focused on what matters most to you.

Our name comes from the childhood saying "Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy." While life isn't always that simple, we believe the right support can make everyday challenges feel more manageable.
Through evidence-informed, neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed Occupational Therapy, we work alongside children, adolescents, adults and their families to build confidence, independence and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Helping life feel a little more Easy Peasy.
Our Approach
Person-Centred. Neuroaffirming. Evidence Informed

At Easy Peasy Therapy, we believe every person deserves to be understood, respected and supported for who they are.
We recognise neurodiversity as a natural part of human diversity. Rather than trying to change people, we work alongside individuals, families and support teams to create the right conditions for regulation, participation, independence and meaningful progress.
Our approach is centred on:
-
Understanding each person's unique strengths, interests and sensory profile.
-
Supporting regulation as the foundation for learning, participation and wellbeing.
-
Building practical skills that make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
-
Adapting environments and expectations to reduce stress and support success.
-
Empowering individuals and families with practical strategies that are realistic, sustainable and tailored to their goals.
Our practice is grounded in contemporary Occupational Therapy and combines the latest evidence with over 20 years of clinical experience across health, education, disability and community settings. We are committed to delivering personalised, practical support that helps people build confidence, increase independence and participate more fully in the activities that matter most.
Together, we'll help make everyday life feel a little more Easy Peasy.
